--> For Rentals (Caravans and Studio) : A deposit will be requested upon arrival, (this will not be cashed). This sum will be returned to you at the end of your stay, minus any expenses incurred through damage to the property. During July and August, only weekly rentals will be accepted. These run from Saturday 13.00 hours to the following Saturday 11.00 hours.

--> Confirmation : The booking, (subject to availability), takes effect on receipt of the above signed and dated booking form, together with a deposit payment, (25% of the total cost of your stay). The remainder of the sum due must reach us at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival in order to confirm your booking.

--> Cost of Cancellations :
- More than 30 days prior to date of arrival = 25% of total cost of stay.
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to date of arrival =50% of total cost of stay.
- Between 20 and 10 days prior to date of arrival = 75% of total cost of stay.
- Less than 10 days prior to date of arrival = 100% of total cost of stay.

We will return a copy of your booking form to you in acknowledgment of receipt.
